And welcome to the first (annual) Easter Jewish cooking extravaganza. We’ve just made ricotta to accompany latkes, and we’re very pleased with ourselves. It was kind of Anna to let it on the menu, considering she thinks ricotta is disgusting. And she did just ask if she could throw “the ickiness away”.
And to illustrate our true cooking knowledge, Anna also asked if cheesecloth is reusable. Any thoughts?

Latkes with ricotta or applesauce (also home made)
Matzah ball soup
Stuffed leg of lamb
This menu is as much a celebration of the food processor as anything else. Off to chop apples!
