Since discovering this flavorless marvel, I keep throwing it in to soups and pasta dishes with wild abandon. I’m on my third bag! Who knew something so healthy could be so bland? In the past two weeks I’ve had more spinach than in the rest of my life combined. I’m eating vegetables!

Lazy cooks tip: add a few spinach pellets to soup a few minutes before serving, lentils before draining, pasta a few minutes this side of al dente…
